  • enter into wayleave or consent agreements relating to the Property. This may include sharing Your information with other utility providers if We are using their infrastructure to deploy Our network (e.g. shared ducts, poles). This information will not be used for any other purpose and is securely processed;

  • provide You with information about other services We offer, upgrades, special offers, events and other promotions;

  • respond to any queries, complaints and requests;

  • send you surveys or competitions from time to time;

  • apply for Gigabit Broadband Vouchers on Your behalf with your consent. This information will be shared with the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) to administer the voucher scheme;

  • monitor the performance of our network build contractors;

  • ensure that content from Our site is presented in the most effective manner for You and for Your computer or device;

  • comply with any legal obligations We have because we run a business and because we are an internet service provider and an electronic communications provider.

 

We will not use your information

The only exception to this is where We are required to provide certain information in order to enable Us to comply with any requirements imposed on Us by law or court order.

Processing Your information

All information We process about you is held securely. 

Any payment transactions will be made using authorised 3rd party payment gateways using appropriate encryption. The privacy policy of the appropriate provider will be displayed at the time of transaction.

If You have a wayleave agreement with Us, We need to keep details of our agreement for as long as the equipment remains installed in the Property.  We also keep contact details for You in case We need to access the Property for repairs or maintenance.  We ask that You help Us to keep that information accurate and up to date and if You sell the Property, We request that You inform the new owner of Our wayleave agreement (as it will apply to them) and ask them to get in touch with Us.

Where We use Your information for purposes other than marketing on the basis of consent, You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any time.   Our use of Your information prior to the withdrawal of consent remains valid.
