We know that it’s not ideal when things go wrong. At 1310 we like to be as transparent as possible with our customers. Below you can find a list of issues and fixes we can offer when things go a bit wrong. In situations involving construction to reach your property this will be priced specifically and a pro forma invoice will be sent before work begins.
