We’ll then start on the external installation by bringing the cable through the duct or from the pole to the agreed CCP location on your property. We’ll run the fibre into your property in the following order; We will drill a small hole to the agreed fibre CCP located on the outside of the property. We’ll feed the fibre through the hole and neatly secure it to the outside of the property. We will then seal the hole to make sure it is weather proof and tidy. We will attach the Fibre Wall Outlet (FWO) to an internal wall. This can be located at the same place as the hole through the wall or up to 15 metres away from the fibre entry point - Please note, for installations where more than 3 metres of internal cabling is requested this would fall under the “non-standard” installation category and additional costs and delays may occur. Once the FWO has been installed, we will install the 1310 provided ONU and router and activate your connection.
